Tips for Browsing the Internet With Fast Windows XP
When we are using the computer and happen accident, we certainly know the term browsing. Now there is a tip so we faster browsing, use the computer in OS windows Prof. or Windows XP Home Edition.
In windows there is a complete called QoS Quality of Service provided with the goal to ensure your network works well. But the reality is not so useful but that can take up to 20% of your bandwidth. You can try and see the difference when QoS is disabled.
The steps to turn off the QoS as follows
For Windows XP Professional
1. Click Start, then Run.
2. Type "gpedit.msc" in the field, and press enter.
3. In the Local Computer Policy, click the plus sign in the Computer Configuration, then click again in the Administrative Templates.
4. Click the plus sign on Network and select QoS Packet Scheduler.
5. On the right-hand box, double-click on Limit Reservable Bandwidth.
6. In the Settings, select Enabled.
7. In the Bandwidth limit%, change the contents so 0%. (Do not leave empty its contents)
8. Click OK.
For Windows Home Edition
1. Click Start and then select Settings.
2. Select Control Panel and open Network Connections
3. Right-click on Local Area Connection and select Properties.
4.Pada the General tab, check the lost QoS.
